Review: Eyeko 3in1 Moisturising Cream and Tinted Cream

Todays review will be on these two products:

3in1 moisturising cream

Tinted cream

What is it?
Eyeko is a fairly new brand which was developed for the younger, trendier audience; they use 'Manga' illustrations on the packaging and everything is very pink and girlie.
These products are supposed to be a moisturiser, highlight AND an eye cream- so an all round purpose cream. These are quite light in consistency and it gives a very sheer effect. If you want to see direct application go watch my video.
It can smell slightly light paint if you practically plunge your nostrils into it otherwise you can't really smell much.

Why does it claim do?

3in1 Cream

"Create a flawless base with Eyeko's 3-in-1 Cream
MOISTURISER, HIGHLIGHTER & EYE CREAM in 1!
Infused with skin perfecting light reflectors and antioxidant Vitamins A& E plus a Vitamin C boost for a radiant, clear complexion.

Eyeko says: "To get that A-list glow skip foundation and use Eyeko Cream all over focusing on the eye and cheek area for lit from within skin."

CELEBRITY FAVE As Seen In OK Magazine Issue 365: The cute packaging of this glistening moisturiser is just one reason to fall in love with this great lotion. Kylie has great skin anyway, but a layer of this cream will add a bit of lustre." - Eyeko.com

Tinted Cream

Eyeko Tinted Cream

"For radiant skin and a sun kissed glow try NEW Eyeko 3-in-1 Tinted Cream. Treat skin to the same luxuriously whipped texture made with super hydrating Jojoba boosted with antioxidants Vitamins A & E plus Vitamin C for a luminous finish as our No.1 bestseller Eyeko Cream.

Eyeko says: "It's the effortless way to get flawless skin. Dip in and pat on for a subtle glow with light reflecting particles that create instant radiance".

Contains no petrochemicals" - Eyeko.com

How I use it

I personally use them both for my cheek areas, I find them a bit too reflective as a general moisturiser. I've mixed both into my foundations before as well and I don't think either of them are suited for all of the face. I like using the cream to highlight on my cheeks and the bridge of my nose and the tinted cream to give myself a glow and also helps for contouring. I apply them directly by hand but I've also tried with a thin stippliing brush as well as cosmetic sponges - both are not necessary but are options.

How did it work for me?

I would say that these products are not necessarily a necessity for me but I quite like that they're in my collection. I've decided I'm more in love with the tinted cream as opposed to the regular 3in1. I like to take the tinted cream with me to the gym so after my shower I can apply some so I look bronzed and tanned. I also love that you can apply these to your legs for a quick tan fix. The tinted cream has very sheer colour pay off so you can't really go too wrong with it.

How much did it cost? Where can I get it?

You can purchase these are Eyeko.com or if you are in the UK you can also purchase these are your local Superdrugs. They are currently £4.99 in store but £5.00 on the website. Enter in the code E3103 at checkout and you will recieve a free gift :)

My verdict?
They are both quite versatile products. If you're looking for a cheap alternative to most expensive bronzing and highlight products, I would suggest these. You actually have A LOT of product (34ml). Like I said I'm glad I have these in my collection but I wouldn't say there were the best I've tried. They wil recieve a 4/5
